I don’t have an account, but want to send a parcel on the Smart Post Express network. What do I have to do?

How do I book a collection? (Smart Post Express account holders only)

You can request the collection of a parcel you're sending by emailing will receive an email from our team to confirm your booking details.  Please note that we do not currently issue a receipt upon collection.

The following information must be included within your email:

1. Your Smart Post Express Contract or Account and Parcel number
2. Date of the required collection
3. Address from which the parcel should be collected
4. Contact name at the collection address
5. Contact phone number
6. Number of parcels to be collected and contents of these parcels
7. Service required
8. Delivery address in full 
9. Order number if required

I can’t find the answer to my question on the Smart Post Express website?

Don't worry. Simply head over to the 'Contact' page, click on the area that you have a question about and fill in the appropriate form. One of us will be in touch shortly.

I’m having problems finding my way around the Smart Post Express website?

The site is designed to be as user-friendly as possible, with clearly labelled sections covering each stage of parcel delivery and receipt. Hover over the  'Send Parcels' section to find out more about how to send your parcels with Smart Post Express. If you're waiting for a delivery, the 'Receive your Delivery' section is the place to go for more details.
